ASCENT GLOBAL LOGISTICS DE MEXICO, S. DE R.L. DE C.V. (la “Empresa”), con domicilio en Avenida Aguascalientes Norte No. 708, Residencial Pulgas Pandas Norte, Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes, México, es responsable de los datos personales que recaba respeto al derecho de privacidad de las personas en cumplimiento con lo dispuesto en la Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de Particulares y su reglamento. La Empresa respeta los principios de licitud, consentimiento, información, calidad, finalidad, lealtad, proporcionalidad y responsabilidad de Datos Personales

Datos Personales

ASCENT GLOBAL LOGISTICS DE MEXICO, S. DE R.L. DE C.V. recaba o podrá recabar y da tratamiento a los siguientes datos personales de manera lícita, siempre y cuando usted no manifieste objeción alguna en el momento que nos proporciona sus datos personales directamente o manifieste su oposición posterior por los medios descritos en el presente aviso. Estos datos incluyen o pudieran incluir nombre completo,, fecha de nacimiento, domicilio (s), dirección de correo electrónico nombre de usuario en redes sociales, número telefónico, número de teléfono celular, número de tarjeta de débito o número de cuenta bancaria, clave del Registro Federal de Contribuyentes (RFC), Clave Única de Registro de Población (CURP), número de afiliación al Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social, firma, IFE/INE, estado civil y demás de naturaleza análoga.

Datos Sensibles

En principio, no se recabará ni se dará tratamiento a datos personales sensibles. En caso de ser necesario hacerlo, el caso particular se tratará directamente con el trabajador correspondiente, quien podrá, o no, otorgar su consentimiento expreso.

Please note that the Personal Information we collect depends on your position, relationship to us, what information you choose to provide, and what information we are required to collect. Not all Personal Information listed below is collected from all past, current, and potential employees.

Medios para limitar el uso o divulgación de los datos personales.

Sus datos personales y datos personales sensibles serán resguardados bajo estrictas medidas de seguridad administrativas, técnicas y físicas. Estas medidas han sido implementadas con el objeto de proteger los datos personales contra daño, perdida, destrucción o el uso, acceso o tratamiento no autorizados.

Transmisión de Datos Personales.

La Empresa podrá compartir y/o transmitir su información y datos personales a sus compañías filiales o subsidiarias, nacionales o extranjeras, y/o a terceros, incluyendo de manera enunciativa más no limitativa, clientes, proveedores, asesores, consultores y socios de negocio, únicamente para los fines aquí previstos.

También podremos compartir su información:

i)	Con clientes que puedan contar con oportunidades de empleo disponibles o que tengan interés en contratar a nuestros candidatos o empleados.
ii)	Cuando sea requerida por alguna autoridad gubernamental o diverso funcionario gubernamental responsable de hacer cumplir la ley;
iii)	Cuando lo exija la ley o en respuesta a algún proceso legal
iv)	Cuando consideremos que divulgarla es conveniente para impedir daño físico o pérdida financiera.
v)	Cuando sea razonablemente necesario para llevar a cabo una investigación en relación con actividades ilegales sospechosas o reales;
vi)	En el supuesto de que vendamos o transfiramos todo o parte de nuestros negocios o activos.

Medios para revocar el consentimiento para el tratamiento de datos personales.

Usted podrá revocar su consentimiento para el tratamiento de sus datos personales si no desea seguir compartiendo su información. Para ello usted deberá presentar su solicitud al departamento de Recursos Humanos. Su solicitud será analizada y respondida a la brevedad posible.

Medios para ejercer los derechos ARCO.

Conforme a la Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de Particulares usted tiene el derecho de ejercer en cualquier momento sus derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación y oposición (los “Derechos ARCO”) sobre su información. Esto lo podrá ejercer mediante una solicitud por escrito dirigido al Departamento de Recursos Humanos de La Empresa. Para proteger sus derechos e intereses, el departamento podrá solicitarle documentación que acredite correcciones a los datos en caso de que solicite rectificación de los mismos. Usted puede solicitar que se cancelen sus datos personales que La Empresa conserva en su expediente una vez que haya concluido su relación de trabajo con La Empresa y/o sus filiales o subsidiarias. No obstante, es posible que ASCENT GLOBAL LOGISTICS DE MEXICO, S. DE R.L. DE C.V. se vea obligado conforme a la legislación aplicable a conservar algunos o todos sus datos personales.

Asimismo, usted podrá limitar el uso y distribución de sus datos personales a través de una solicitud al departamento de Recursos Humanos de la Empresa. Se hace de su conocimiento que no podrá limitar el uso de sus datos personales cuando dicho uso se requiera para el cumplimiento de cualesquier obligaciones a cargo de la Empresa.

Cambios o modificaciones al aviso de privacidad.

La Empresa se reserva el derecho de efectuar en cualquier momento modificaciones o actualizaciones al presente aviso de privacidad. Cualquier modificación al presente aviso se hará de su conocimiento por medio del personal de recursos humanos.

Plazos de conservación

La Empresa procederá a cancelar y suprimir los datos personales una vez que se cumpla con la finalidad que justificó su tratamiento. La cancelación, destrucción o supresión de datos personales no será realizada cuando le sean aplicables los supuestos de los artículos 26 y 34 de la Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de Particulares.

We have not sold or shared Personal Information in the twelve (12) months preceding the Effective Date of this Privacy Policy. We do not knowingly collect, sell, or share the Personal Information of individuals under 16 years of age. We do not collect or process Personal Information for the purpose of inferring characteristics.

ASCENT GLOBAL LOGISTICS DE MEXICO, S. DE R.L. DE C.V. (the “Company”), with address at Avenida Aguascalientes Norte No. 708, Residencial Pulgas Pandas Norte, Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes, Mexico, is responsible for the personal data collected in compliance with the right to privacy of individuals, in accordance with the provisions of the Mexican Law for the Protection of Personal Data Possessed by Private Parties (Ley de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de Particulares) and its regulations. The Company upholds the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and accountability regarding Personal Data.

Personal Data

ASCENT GLOBAL LOGISTICS DE MEXICO, S. DE R.L. DE C.V. collects or may collect and process the following personal data lawfully, if you do not express any objections when you provide your personal data or express your opposition in the future through the means described in this notice. The data includes or may include full name, date of birth, address(es), email address, aliases used on social media, telephone number, mobile phone number, debit card or bank account number, tax identification number (RFC), Unique Population Registry Code (CURP), Mexican Social Security Institute affiliation number, educational background and records, voter identification card, marital status, any other data of a similar nature.

Sensitive Data

Generally, sensitive data will not be collected or handled. If it becomes necessary to do so, each case will be handled directly with the employee, who may or may not give their express consent.

Purposes

ASCENT GLOBAL LOGISTICS DE MEXICO, S. DE R.L. DE C.V., may use your information and personal data for various purposes and business activities, which include the following:

·	Processing payroll and payment of benefits under applicable law and your employment agreement
·	Integrating and keeping your employment file updated.
·	Enrollment with the Social Security Institute and payment of taxes including income taxes and payroll taxes.
·	Sending you information about your employment with ASCENT GLOBAL LOGISTICS DE MEXICO, S. DE R.L. DE C.V., including applicable policies and regulations.
·	Conducting technical examinations and evaluating your competencies.
·	Assessing if you are qualified for a position or function and communicating with you regarding available positions or services we offer.
·	Conducting research and analysis, generating statistical reports, establishing compensation structures, and evaluating the performance and growth of the Company, its subsidiaries, employees, and the labor market.
·	Creating profiles and labor structures to enhance and improve productivity, as well as for any other purposes that the Company deems necessary to enhance working conditions.
·	For administrative purposes, such as risk management, to comply with legal obligations, or to address specific needs, and to resolve or defend legal complaints and demands.

Means to limit the use or disclosure of personal data

Your personal data and sensitive personal data will be safeguarded under strict administrative, technical, and physical security measures. These measures have been implemented to protect personal data against damage, loss, destruction, unauthorized use, access, or processing.

Transmission of Personal Data

The Company may transfer your information and personal data to its affiliated or subsidiary companies, both domestically or abroad, and/or to third parties, including but not limited to customers, suppliers, advisors, consultants, and business partners, but only for purposes stated herein.

The Company may also share your information:

1)	With clients who may have employment opportunities available or have an interest in hiring our candidates or employees.
2)	When requested or reasonably required by any governmental authority or law enforcement official responsible for enforcing the law.
3)	When required by law or in response to a legal process
4)	When we believe that disclosure is appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss
5)	When reasonably necessary to conduct an investigation concerning suspected or actual illegal activities.
6)	In the event that the Company sells or transfers all or part of our business or assets.

Means to revoke consent for the processing of personal data

You have the right to revoke your consent for the processing of your personal data if you no longer wish to share your information. To do so, you can submit a request to the Human Resources Department. Your request will be analyzed and responded to as soon as possible.

Means to exercise ARCO rights

According to the Law for the Protection of Personal Data, you have the right to exercise your rights to access, rectify, cancel, and oppose (ARCO Rights) concerning your information at any time. You can do so by submitting a written request addressed to the Human Resources Department of the Company. To protect your rights and interests, the department may ask you to provide documentation that supports any corrections to the data if you request rectification. You have the option to request the cancellation of your personal data that the Company retains in your file once the employment relationship with the Company and/or its subsidiaries has ended. However, it is possible that ASCENT GLOBAL LOGISTICS DE MEXICO, S. DE R.L. DE C.V. may be obligated, according to applicable law, to retain some or all your personal data for certain time.

Additionally, you can limit the use and disclosure of your personal data through a request to the Human Resources Department of the Company. Please note that you may not be able to limit the use of your personal data when such use is required to fulfill legal obligations of the Company.

Changes or modifications to the privacy notice

The Company reserves the right to make changes or updates to this privacy notice at any time. Any modification to the notice will be communicated to you through the Human Resources staff.

Retention periods

The Company will proceed to cancel and delete personal data once the purpose for which the data was collected has been fulfilled. Data will not be cancelled, destroyed or deleted in the events set forth in Articles 26 and 34 of the Law for the Protection of Personal Data Possessed by Private Parties.
