In doing so, we are pleased to announce the launch of a new internal IT platform, where our employees can get problems solved quickly. Coined the “It Corner,” employees now have an easy and accessible place to get top-notch technical support. IT Corner is available to employees via whichever platform they prefer best, from a Microsoft Teams integration to an online portal to a phone call. We also offer upgraded features, like a live chat and a robust Knowledge Base.
