Introducing Ascent’s new Internal IT platform to service our customers better

There’s one thing about Ascent that stands apart from all else: It’s our people. We have a team of 1000+ employees that go above and beyond for our customers. Our A-Team is rooted in passion and dedication, and it keeps our business innovating and growing with a focus on delivering the best customer experience in logistics.

However, our Ascenters are still human, and sometimes, there are interruptions to productivity – most specifically when technical issues arise. Whether a computer lockout or a system breakdown, employees may face unavoidable technical difficulties from time to time.

That’s why we have created a solution that helps our employees solve IT problems fast so they can get back to serving you, our valued customer.

In doing so, we are pleased to announce the launch of a new internal IT platform, where our employees can get problems solved quickly. Coined the “It Corner,” employees now have an easy and accessible place to get top-notch technical support. IT Corner is available to employees via whichever platform they prefer best, from a Microsoft Teams integration to an online portal to a phone call. We also offer upgraded features, like a live chat and a robust Knowledge Base.
